Forward and Redirect Rule

  • Select New.
  • Enter the recipients' email addresses or names on the To and/or Cc line. Separate multiple recipients with a semicolon.
  • For Bcc, click the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right corner. Click Show Bcc.
  • On the Subject line, type the subject of the message.
  • To insert a file, choose Attach.
  • This takes you to your local computer to choose a file.
  • After you finish composing your message, select Send.

  • On the new message pane, below the Subject line there is a Mini toolbar.
  • On the Mini toolbar that appears when you select text, you can select the font, increase/decrease the size by one increment, select a theme, use the Format Painter, select the font style, font color and highlight text

Adding Signature to messages

  • From your Inbox - or any other email folder – find the Search box at the top left of your messages.
  • To find a word that you know is in a message, or a message from a particular person, type the word or person's name in the Search box. Messages that contain the word or name you specified appear with the search text highlighted in the results.

  • In the Reading Pane, select Reply, Reply All, or Forward.
  • Write your Message.
  • Recipients can be added or removed in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes.
    • To add a recipient Select To, Cc or Bcc, and then select a recipient. You can also type the recipient’s name or email address in the box.
    • For Bcc, click the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right corner. Click Show Bcc.
    • Remove a recipient Select the name, and then select Delete.
  • Select Send.

  • Open the message so that the person's name is shown in one of these lines: From, To, Cc, or Bcc.
  • Click the appropriate name, and click Add.
  • In the Add contact form that opens, add more information about the contact as you like.
  • Click Save

  • From the People tab, select New and choose Contact Group from the drop-down menu. On the toolbar, select the down arrow next to New, and then select New Contact List.
  • In the blank form that opens, enter the Contact List Name, the Contact List Members, and optional Notes.
  • Select Save to save your changes.

  • Select the down arrow on the New button and click Calendar Event.
  • Enter the necessary information in the Title and Location boxes.
  • Enter the Start and End times.
  • To make the appointment recurring, click Repeat drop down arrow. Click the frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) with which the appointment recurs, and then select Other for more frequency options. Click OK.
  • By default, a reminder appears 15 minutes before the appointment start time. To change when the reminder appears, click the Reminder box arrow and then click the New Reminder Time. To turn the reminder off, click None.
  • Click Save.
